IV. Company Development and Positioning:

1. The company was established in August 2004, formerly known as Guangzhou Pansen Machinery Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Its main business includes non-standard precision parts, precision molds, tooling fixtures, and non-standard automation equipment.

2. Since 2008, we have been jointly developing new energy vehicle motor shafts with BYD.

3. We began to independently develop SMT pick-and-place machines in 2009.

4. In 2010, Guangzhou Ruimei Auto Parts Co., Ltd. was established, specializing in new energy vehicle motor shafts.

5. In 2012, the motor shaft won the Innovation Fund from the Ministry of Science and Technology.

6. Since 2014, we have been engaged in the research and development of manufacturing technology for water-cooled motor casings for new energy vehicles. In 2016, we achieved the ninth place in the Guangzhou Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, received the Excellence Award in Guangdong Province, and were recognized as a high-tech enterprise in Guangdong Province! We are also a Guangdong Provincial Engineering Technology Research and Development Center!

7. In December 2016, Jiangsu Ruimei Auto Parts Co., Ltd. was established, specializing in water-cooled motor casings for new energy vehicles. It is a private technology enterprise and a high-tech enterprise in Jiangsu Province. The entire group company holds more than 60 invention and utility model patents.

8. In May 2019, Ruimei Automobile Lightweight Research Institute was established, primarily focusing on researching new materials and processes to optimize the manufacturing process of water-cooled machine casings, develop lightweight components for new energy vehicle chassis and battery boxes, as well as research, development, and manufacturing of key components for military and future civilian energy conservation and emission reduction. It has obtained IATF16949 system certification, with each subsidiary specializing in the research, development, and manufacturing of components.

In April 2020, Jiangsu Pansen Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was established, specializing in lightweight and electric drive products for new energy vehicles. Currently, it is the only enterprise in China capable of simultaneously producing water-cooled enclosures and motor shafts for new energy vehicles.

In October 2022, Jiangxi Ruimei Electric Drive System Co., Ltd. was established, primarily engaged in the manufacturing of automotive components and accessories, as well as electric drive products.

In December 2022, Anhui Ruimei Precision Components Co., Ltd. was established, specializing in the manufacture of large-scale integrated aluminum alloy die-casting automotive parts.
